These Rules govern the processing of Sealy Kazakhstan website users' personal data under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

A non-defective product may be presented for exchange or return within 14 calendar days of purchase if unused, with its presentation, consumer properties, seals and factory labels preserved and proof of purchase available. Eligibility depends on the category, condition and Kazakhstan law.

If a defect is found, the customer may contact the seller during the warranty period. The product may require inspection or quality assessment. The outcome follows the assessment, applicable law and manufacturer warranty terms.

Contact the showroom by phone, Instagram or in person. Provide your name, phone, purchase date, product and reason for the request. Include proof of purchase and photographs where needed. Do not send the product without prior confirmation.

Sealy provides a 10-year limited warranty for the purchased mattress and a 5-year limited warranty for the mattress foundation. It covers manufacturing defects and inadequate material quality and applies only to the original purchaser.

Sealy will repair or replace a product that does not meet quality requirements at no charge. Sealy determines whether repair or replacement is appropriate.

Sealy will arrange repair or replacement of a product that does not meet quality requirements. The cost is calculated with depreciation: from year 6, 10% of the original product value for each year of use; from years 7 to 10, a fixed 70% depreciation applies. Sealy makes the final decision on the remedy.

The purchaser is responsible for all transportation costs arising during the warranty period.

Loose, torn or broken springs or metal elements, including springs or metal parts that protrude and tear or puncture the material.

The warranty excludes user-caused stains or burns; damage from misuse, including jumping on the mattress or incorrect transport; torn handles; incorrect choice of size, comfort or firmness; damage caused by an unsuitable bed or foundation; and body impressions in comfort layers measuring less than 10% of total mattress thickness.

Adapting to a new mattress takes an average of 15-30 days.

Rotate the mattress 180 degrees periodically: every 2 weeks during the first 3 months, then once every 2-3 months.

Mattresses are heavy. Never carry or lift one alone; at least 2 people are required. Do not lift or drag a mattress by its handles, as this may tear the handles and damage the product.

These Terms govern use of the Sealy Kazakhstan website. By using the website, users accept these Terms.
